Sometimes when the contacts list refreshes, the controls aren't entirely cleared out and a duplicate stays. This is due to the refresh logic running more times than it should.

This is currently blocked by Server Issue #12

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
